Installation of the Xenon bumper cover was very simple.  We removed the original valence and bumper molding.  Applied the provided double-sided tape to the top of the bumper and snapped the new cover into place.  Secure it with the provided self tapping screws on the trailing edge of the bumper and it was ready to go.

At the same time the new one off grill was also installed.  The factory Ranger grill was modified by removing the vertical posts and reinforcing it with fiberglass then filling in the edges and smoothing the entire grill with body filler.
